The Early Edition SMS program delivers occasional verified signal alerts to subscribers who explicitly opt in. Texts may include brief headline summaries and links to the full issue.

Message frequency varies and is occasional. We do not guarantee a fixed number of messages per day or week. Alerts are sent only when a verified signal warrants immediate notification.

You opt in by checking the explicit SMS consent box on the subscription form at earlyeditionnews.com and providing a valid mobile number. Consent to receive SMS alerts is not a condition of any purchase.

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. You will receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will not receive further SMS from this program unless you re-opt in.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details. Early Edition is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier conditions outside our control.

No purchase is necessary to opt in to or remain enrolled in the SMS program.

Your mobile number is used solely to deliver signal alerts and is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your number.
